Emergency Evacuation Diagrams

EMERGENCY EVACUATION DIAGRAMS

Overview

We can provide you with emergency evacuation plans for your workplace facility. Our diagrams are fully compliant and meet all the requirements as outlined in AS 3745-2010 Planning for Emergencies in Facilities. In addition, our evacuation plans can be customised to fit with your company branding, and are available in two different finishing options.

How Often Do Evacuation Plans Need Updating?

Emergency evacuation diagrams are valid for a period of 5 years, in accordance with Australian Standard AS 3745-2010. If there are changes made to the building within that period of time, we recommend that you contact us, and we can easily make the necessary updates.

Process

Initial Planning
The first phase involves clarifying the project details so that we can provide you with a quote.

We need to know how large the building space is, how many levels (if it is a multi-level site), and whether or not you can provide us with copies of the floor plans.
Production
During the production phase it is likely that we will need to visit the building site. This allows us to check the accuracy of floor plans and also enables us to mark where the safety equipment is located.

We will be communicating regularly, and sending you drafts via email for feedback and checking.
Printing & Delivery
When the work has been completed and it has been confirmed that there are no further changes needed, we will send the evacuation diagrams to our printers.

We offer two finishing options:
– laminated prints; or
– laminated prints in snap frames (extra cost).

Depending on your location we will deliver your evacuation diagrams in person or arrange postage at an additional cost.
