AUSCompliance Training offers the HLTAID004 Provide an Emergency First Aid Response in an Education and Care Setting course.
This course is specifically designed for educators and support staff in schools, kindergartens and childcare centres.
This unit of competency will contribute towards approved first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis training, under the Education and Care Services National Law, and the Education and Care Services National Regulation (2011).
This unit of competency is approved by ACECQA, and meets the requirements of “First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis”. There is no need to undertake separate Asthma or Anaphylaxis training if you complete this course.

1 Day, 6 hours face-to-face
(Pre-course study also required. Approx. 2 hours)

Location & Times
This course is mostly delivered to groups (minimum 8 people), however we can also accomodate individuals.
For groups we work with you to select a suitable day & time for training at your site.
If you are an individual, you can attend one of our public first aid courses.

$155 / person
We allocate 30-60 minutes for a lunch break.
It is recommend that you bring a water bottle to the course.
You will be assessed using a mixture of theoretical and practical exercises.
On successful completion of this course you will be awarded a statement of attainment.
This training is valid for 3 years. Please note, the CPR component needs to be refreshed annually.
